THE CANOPY AT GREAT PARK ANNOUNCES FIRST WAVE OF RETAIL AND RESTAURANT TENANTS
March 23, 2026

The Canopy at Great Park, a new 12-acre experiential retail and dining destination coming to Irvine’s Great Park, today announced its first wave of incoming tenants, unveiling a thoughtfully curated mix of restaurants, cafés, fashion, fitness, and lifestyle concepts designed to meet the everyday needs — and elevated tastes — of the area’s rapidly expanding community. It will be the first such project for the Great Park neighborhood.
Developed by ALMQUIST, the forward-thinking firm behind River Street Marketplace in San Juan Capistrano, Rodeo 39 Public Market in Stanton, and Rodeo 72 Public Market in Whittier, The Canopy will feature approximately 90,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage space. The project will offer a vibrant mix of chef-driven restaurants, a specialty grocer, and lifestyle brands designed to create a dynamic gathering space for the community, with several shops and eateries slated to open by the end of the year.
Anchored by Canada-based Asian grocery powerhouse T&T Supermarket, previously announced as the project’s first major tenant, The Canopy is quickly taking shape as a neighborhood-serving hub with regional appeal. T&T Supermarket will open its first Orange County location at The Canopy, occupying a 34,000-square-foot space. Confirmed new tenants include:
